International Yacht Collection: This Fort Lauderdale-based company is a worldwide powerhouse. Jolly Mon Sailing and JMS Yacht Charters: These two companies are run by Deb and Wayne Adao, who came to the charter industry in 1994 after careers in the information technology and medical sales industries. Jubilee Yacht Charters: Louise Dailey started this agency in Darien, Connecticut, in 1982 before moving her home and work to Osprey, Florida.
