There’s a special twist to this video interview that I did with chef Troy Harrison onboard the 155-foot sailing yacht MITseaAH. I had the pleasure of taping the interview during the charter yacht show in Genoa, Italy, where Harrison and the rest of the crew were dressed as superheroes for a fun-filled afternoon tea party.

Thus, you not only get to meet Harrison and see a good bit of the desserts he so loves to cook for charter guests, but you also get to see what the good-humored, fast-talking chef looks like in a Zorro costume.

Great fun, indeed, and I thank management company Burgess Yachts for inviting me to be aboard during such a lighthearted afternoon.
