Good day,

This week I can share two truly amazing offers where owners are being aggressive with ideas to increase their revenue.

It seems pretty clear now that the yacht charter market is slower than previous years, no new news there, and as I've shared in other posts we have seen offers on yachts for charters in the Caribbean and recently some rate reductions for the upcoming Med season.

Today I want to share two extreme offers.

One is the excellent 130' Lady Zelda, her regular rate is $85,000 per week plus all expenses but for charters which occur during April and May in the Bahamas, she will reduce her rate 40% to $50,000 per week. Click here to read more.

The second is from the owner of 4H. For all bookings of one week or more in the Mediterranean, the owner has offerred free of charge transport by private jet (Challenger 604, 10 passengers) from any European metropolis directly to the yacht. 4H won the Superyacht Award in her class in 2008. Click here to read more.

Both these yachts have 5 staterooms for 10 guests.

I'm not sure how the audience for mega yacht charters reacts to a market which now seems to be increasingly "offer based" but it's certainly a change and we can only wait and see.
