Manifiq is a 2010 launch that was most recently refitted in 2016. She accommodates 10 or 11 guests in five staterooms. She’s a great choice for families or adult couples, since two of her queen-bed guest staterooms are either full-beam or nearly full-beam, making them feel like VIP suites. She also has a twin-bed stateroom for the kids.
My favorite spot aboard Manifiq is her cinema room. The space is in the sky lounge and can be arranged more traditionally for cocktail parties and the like, but I saw it set up with the plush barrel chairs in theater-style rows with blackout window shades and hundreds of movies in the digital Kaleidescape audiovisual system. Really nifty.
Other amenities aboard Manifiq include zero-speed stabilizers, iPod docking stations, a 19-foot Meyer jet tender, a SeaDoo that can hit 60 knots or be dialed back for use by novices, a pair of F7 Cayago Seabobs, kayaks, standup paddleboards and a sundeck hot tub.
The lowest weekly base rate to charter Manifiq this summer is €130,000. She’ll be based in Loano, which is in northern Italy.
