Northrop & Johnson is promoting a number of charter yachts for New Year’s celebrations in Australia, where the fireworks display above Sydney Harbour is legendary.
First is the 120-foot Oceanfast motoryacht Sahana, which I wrote about in the current issue of Yachts International (print edition on newsstands now) after spending a few days aboard in and around Sydney Harbour. Sahana accommodates eight guests in four staterooms, and I found her crew to be highly knowledgeable about the area. The yacht recently underwent a refit that left her guest areas looking contemporary, and that turned her bridge deck aft into a relaxation mecca with big sunpads and a large bar. (You can see those sunpads in the photograph above.) The holiday weekly base rate for Sahana is $125,000.
Also available for New Year’s yacht charter in Australia is the 115-foot Lloyds motoryacht Emerald Lady. She’s a 1983 build that most recently was refitted in 2005. Like Sahana, Emerald Lady also takes eight guests in four staterooms. Her holiday weekly base rate is $70,000 Australian dollars.
Yet another option for New Year’s yacht charter in Australia is the 100-foot Azimut motoryacht Lady Pamela, taking eight to 10 guests in four staterooms at a lowest weekly base rate of $50,000.
Any reputable charter broker can tell you more about these and other charter yachts that have availability for a New Year’s yacht charter in Australia.
