Charter broker Missy Johnston at Northrop and Johnson Worldwide Yacht Charters says: : “The 190-foot Trinity motoryacht Unbridled, which just launched in 2009, has the excellent top sundeck for which Trinity is known. There is ample sunning area, a very large Jacuzzi, a bar area, dining space, and other small seating and sunning areas.” Johnston also recommends the 154-foot Perini Navi sailing yacht Ohana: “While sailing yachts are not generally considered for top sun decks, Ohana has quite a large sundeck above the deck “cockpit” area. Third from Johnston this week is a recommendation for the 92-foot sailing catamaran Rafoly: “The new design aspect of catamarans of having a top deck over the aft cockpit hard cover is represented well on Rafoly, with ample sunning area.” CEO Expeditions recommends its 120-foot motoryacht Kayana, which has “a master suite with double French doors that opens onto the sundeck. There is room there to entertain 30.” Broker Vanessa Morlot at Yacht-Zoo recommends the 105-foot Oceanco motoryacht Lady Lola, whose sundeck is one of the few available with a swimming pool as opposed to just a hot tub. The team at Edmiston and Company suggests the 185-foot Feadship motoryacht Hampshire: “The sundeck is long enough to create three almost separate areas : aft Jacuzzi and sunbathing, mid-deck dining, and a second sunbathing area forward.” Also this week from Edmiston and Company comes a recommendation for the 161-foot Feadship motoryacht Teleost: “The heated Jacuzzi spa has a spectacular setting on the top sundeck and is surrounded by a circular counter for easy access to snacks or drinks.” The Sacks Group Yachting Professionals has three recommendations this week. First is the 130-foot Westport motoryacht Miss Michelle: “She has an amazing sundeck where guests spend many of their happiest hours aboard. Forward, it encompasses a large Jacuzzi flanked by sunpads with adjustable head rests. The hardtop amidships shades a dining table that seats up to 10 guests, a wet bar, and a 52-inch TV that can be angled for optimum viewing. Aft, three stylish lounge chairs are positioned for optimum sunbathing or intimate conversation. Once the crew takes the tables away, there’s even room for karaoke and dancing beneath the glittering disco ball!” Also this week from The Sacks Group is a recommendation for the 118-foot Denison motoryacht Wanderlust: “Her sundeck is ultra-spacious, ringed by comfortable settees that give it the ambiance of a chic beach bar.” Last this week from The Sacks Group is a recommendation for the 120-foot Norship motoryacht Impulsive, which recently underwent a refit that extended her flying bridge sundeck to make room for a brand-new Jacuzzi. |
