I'm en route today from Italy to Turkey, where the boat show in Marmaris is getting under way. After a week of touring some of the biggest, most luxurious motoryachts in the world, I'm looking forward to getting aboard some traditional Turkish gulets and soaking up the local hospitality. (Stay tuned for my blog posts live from the docks this week.) One of the boats that is generating buzz right now in Turkey is Getaway, a brand-new, 104-foot mahogany hull from Mural Shipyards. That's the view from her cockpit in the photograph above, a view that you can enjoy this summer at a lowest weekly base rate of €28,000 for eight guests with four crew, according to management company Serenity Yachting. The yacht is expected to be available in Turkey as well as in Greece. Any reputable charter broker can give you more information. Until then, enjoy these enticing photographs of Getaway's master cabin, forward sunpads, main saloon, and exterior profile:
