Every year here at the Antigua charter yacht show, dozens upon dozens of chefs aboard everything from 50-foot sailboats to 200-foot megayachts compete for the right to be called the best chef in the yacht charter business. Judges roam the yachts for three days straight, comparing one chef’s escargot to another’s rack of lamb. Serious bragging rights are at stake.
