Lady Linda, Diamonds Are Forever Set to Join Megayacht Charter Fleet PDF Print E-mail

charter yacht Lady LindaThere's news this week from both Burgess Yachts and Ocean Indpendence about megayachts now finishing construction and preparing to enter the world's charter fleet.

Burgess will represent the 187-foot motoryacht Lady Linda, which is currently finishing construction at Trinity Yachts in the United States. (That's Lady Linda in the image at right.) The owners are expected to take delivery in January 2012, and the yacht will become available for charter from February through April n the Bahamas. For summer 2012, Lady Linda is expected to charter in the Mediterranean. The lowest weekly base rate has been set at €322,000.

Meanwhile, over in Italy, Benetti Yachts is finishing construction on the 200-foot motoryacht Diamonds Are Forever. She is expected to become available for charter this December through Ocean Independence in the Caribbean before moving to the Mediterranean next summer. The lowest weekly base rate has been set at $395,000.

Each yacht will take 12 guests. Any reputable charter broker can tell you more about them, or help you become one of the first charter clients to book.
