charter yacht JRCharterWorld, which has recently started managing charter yachts in addition to continuing its retail-booking business, sends word of a substantial discount aboard the 75-foot Aicon motoryacht JR in the West Mediterranean.

The original weekly base rate to charter JR this summer was €27,000. That has since been reduced to €22,000. Now, if you book before July 27 for cruising dates in late July or during August, the owner is willing to accept a weekly base rate of €15,000.

It's a savings of more than 40 percent off the originally advertised rate.

JR is a 2008 build that takes six guests with two crew. She is a fast charter yacht with a top speed of 33 knots. JR is currently in Genoa, Italy, and available for charter in that area as well as in Corsica or the South of France.

Any reputable charter broker can tell you more or help you book a week onboard before the discount offer expires on July 27.
