Athens Yachts sends word from Greece that four of the charter yachts in its fleet are dropping their lowest weekly base rates by 10 percent for any charters of at least one week during the month of July.

The participating yachts are the 133-foot ISA Rodriguez motoryacht Alfa XII, the 130-foot Admiral motoryacht Aqua, the 132-foot Perini Navi sailing yacht Ellen V (shown in the photograph at right), and the 130-foot Westport motoryacht Endless Summer.

Previously, the weekly base rate for each of those yachts was €110,000. Now, the weekly base rate for a one-week charter is €99,500.

The three motoryachts--Alfa XII, Aqua, and Endless Summer--each take 10 guests. Alfa XII has a playroom that can be converted into a sixth guest cabin for two children. Aqua offers a fast cruising speed of 29 knots, while Endless Summer has amenities including WiFi and iPod docking stations.

Ellen V can accommodate eight or nine guests in four cabins. She offers fun toys including a Laser sailing dinghy and a Yamaha Wave Runner.

Any reputable charter broker can tell help you book a week onboard any of these yachts in Greece before the discounted rate expires at the end of this month.
