An article just appeared on the web with this headline - "Italian police seize Briatore's yacht".

It reports that while cruising with his wife and new son on board his yacht, the police boarded Flavio Briatore's yacht Force Blue and questioned their registration. The article states, "Investigators suspect Briatore has registered it in the Cayman Islands in order to obtain a tax break and to avoid paying sales taxes when anchoring in European harbours."  They go even further stating that, "They suspect the yacht is not chartered at all and in fact is used only by Briatore's family."
