Churchill Yacht Partners says the 116-foot Holland Jachtbouw sailing yacht Whisper will be in the Grenadines—the southern islands of the Caribbean—by late December.
Inquiries are being accepted now for charter itineraries in this part of the Caribbean, which experienced no hurricane damage this past autumn.
I’m a longtime fan of this yacht. Whisper is a 2003 launch that has been continually updated since her debut on the charter market. She always looks great when I get aboard, thanks to the owner’s meticulous attention to maintenance. He brings in an antiques specialist once a year to refresh all of the onboard woodwork, a crew member told me.
Whisper takes six guests in three staterooms. There are five crew on board. The outdoor cockpit is oversized and comfortably seats 10 people, should guests want to invite their friends aboard for dinner.
Any reputable charter broker can tell you more about Whisper or help you book her for a Grenadines yacht charter this winter. The lowest weekly base rate is $55,000.
