Those holidays may seem far off, but “Turkey Day” is only about four months away. The time to book is now, if you want to have your choice of yachts and dates.
La Manguita is a 2013 build that accommodates as many as seven guests in three staterooms. The master has a king-size bed, the VIP has a queen and the third stateroom has twins plus a bunk-style Pullman berth (that room can be used as a playpen for the kids).
The chef aboard La Manguita does more than just a Thanksgiving turkey, too. A week on charter can include some of her other specialties, such as seafood linguine with lobster, shrimp and scallops; herb-crusted rack of lamb; grilled whole grouper with coconut cilantro rice; and filet mignon with creamy bourbon mushroom sauce.
Also, feel free to skip the eggnog at Christmastime. Instead, ask for the yacht’s signature drink, the Bushwhacker: a blend of Bacardi dark rum, coconut cream, Kalhua, Bailey’s Irish Cream and Grey Goose vodka.
Any reputable charter broker can tell you more about La Manguita or help you book her during the Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Year’s holiday.
