charter yacht Senses

I just received word this morning from management firm Edmiston & Company that the 194-foot motoryacht Senses will be available for charter in Madagascar beginning this December, after which she will move to the Seychelles for the remainder of the winter season.

Originally built in 1999, Senses underwent a refit in 2008 that left charter brokers positively bubbling. She is among a handful of "go-anywhere" expedition yachts that are available for crewed charter at all, combining an exploration-ready exterior with a luxurious interior. I'll bet you'd never guess, looking at the profile shot above, that the main saloon inside looks this elegant:

I haven't personally chartered in Madagascar, but several brokers I know have sent clients there, and all reported successful vacations with an "off the beaten course" vibe. The Seychelles, I can enthusiastically recommend based on this charter that I did there in 2006. Truly some of the most memorable beaches in the world.

Senses takes 12 guests with 13 crew. Her lowest weekly base rate is $260,000. Any reputable charter broker can help you book a week onboard in Madagascar or the Seychelles this winter.
